I’ve been a wedding photographer for almost 10 years, having shot ceremonies all over the world.

I’ve also been working on Shotkit for a similar amount of time, writing articles, reviewing camera gear and building a community of enthusiastic and talented photographers.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed the emergence and consequent widespread use of new hardware and software in the photography industry.

We live in exciting times as photographers, with new technology making our lives shooting photos easier, more fun and a lot more exciting.

We’d like to take a moment to update you — our friends, colleagues, partners, and beloved photography community — about the current situation and the next steps for Skylum. This is an official statement about the most recent events in Ukraine and how they affect Skylum.

NOTE: As you may know, Skylum is a global imaging technology company, but Skylum’s core development center is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The majority of our team is usually based in Kyiv, but is now scattered around Ukraine and abroad. Currently, Ukraine is suffering greatly because of the devastating attack of Russia. We kindly ask for your patience and support in these dark times, as updates may take more time to release. We will continue working for you, delivering updates the best we can!
